As a UAE company, we process personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Many of our clients are German or European, so we also follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to us.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the visit. This happens for every website and is needed to deliver the page and keep it secure, not to identify you personally.

We use Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, USA), to understand how this site is used and to improve it. Clarity records clicks, mouse movement, scrolling behaviour and device information, and builds heatmaps and session recordings from them. Entries in form fields are masked by Clarity by default. Cookies are set for this purpose and data may be transferred to the USA. More information is available in the Microsoft privacy statement.

Clarity loads when the page is opened; there is no consent prompt beforehand. You can prevent the measurement by blocking or deleting cookies and site data for this site in your browser, or by using a content blocker. Apart from Clarity we use no advertising pixels.

Every "Get your fixed price" or "Contact us" button on this site opens a chat in WhatsApp. Once you do that, your phone number, name (if visible in your WhatsApp profile) and whatever you write are transmitted to and processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta Platforms. That exchange is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not by us: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We use the resulting conversation only to answer your enquiry, prepare your fixed price and, if you book, to organise the appointment.

At the moment this website has no form that submits data to a server, every enquiry goes through WhatsApp as described above. We will update this section if that changes, for example once a booking tool is added.

We do not run a separate customer database. Conversations stay in WhatsApp until you or we delete them there. Invoices and business records required by UAE law are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Just message us on WhatsApp or write to julie.thecleanfox@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This website is directed at adults booking a cleaning service, not at children.

We may update this page as the website or our tools change. The date at the top always shows the current version.
